Dual Code Inc. Releases PowerFlash™ eLearning Service

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada – April 8, 2009. Dual Code Inc., a leading developer of custom, SCORM-compliant eLearning solutions, released today its much anticipated PowerFlash™ eLearning service.

The PowerFlash service converts existing training material, such as Microsoft® PowerPoint® files, to SCORM-compliant, multimedia eLearning modules with voice-overs.

“Organizations and training departments have a lot invested in instructor-led training material” stated Luc Richard, President and CEO of Dual Code. “This service gives them the ability to leverage their existing material and easily convert it to professional, SCORM-compliant eLearning modules at a fraction of the cost.

“Although text-to-speech technologies have grown by leaps and bounds over the last decade, nothing yet perfectly matches the speech pattern of an actual person. This is why Dual Code still prefers to use professional voice-over artists to convert the text to voice-overs, thereby providing our clients with the finest eLearning solution.”
